Pre-registration Policy
Table are assigned as received via US Mail on a first come, first served basis
when the full payment is enclosed. We can NOT reserve tickets or tables via email.
We do require full payment in order to process your application for both tickets and tables.
Pre-registration is intended to save you money. To ensure your
request for pre-registration is received and processed, we suggest that you mail it early. If you want to be notified when
your pre-registration request has been received then provide us with your e-mail address
If you want your tickets prior to Ham Holiday, then send us a SASE
with your request. If you mail your application a couple of days before the cutoff date, don't bother to send a SASE.
We won't get it in time to mail it back to you. You will have to claim your tickets at the door.
If you want your table next to your buddy then mail all your pre-registration
forms in one envelope so we can receive them at the same time. A ticket is also required for each person in your group that
will be at your table over the age of 16. If you need additional tables and tickets on the day of the event you will be required
to pay the "at the door price" and we may not be able to place the additional tables next to the ones you already have.
If we do NOT receive your pre-registration application before the
cutoff date or it has a postmark after the cutoff date then you will be
required to pay the "at the door price" for your tickets and tables. If and when we receive your pre-registration form,
your check will be voided and promptly returned to you.
